3 September 2013 | Tennis West

Tennis West in partnership with the Department of Sport and Recreation, flew 5 WA Regional athletes along with Team Managers, Paul Oldfield and Brooke Koenig, to Darwin for a 10 day tour from the 20^th to the 30^th June, 2013. All players competed in two Australian Ranking Tournaments; 2013 Medibank Darwin Age Titles and the 2013 Medibank NT Age Titles.

All players received their individual scholarships through an application process meeting set criteria. The tour players were, Madeline Muller-Hughes (South West), Corey Bavin (South West), Colen Way (South Coast), Yazlyn Way (South Coast), Mitchell Fraser (South West)

All players, ranging from 13 to 16 years of age, played in both singles and doubles in their relevant age groups and each came home with a trophy.
