National Academy scholarship holder Jack Lyttle has been selected as part of a four player contingent to represent Australia at the International Club challenge in Tokyo, Japan from September 21st-24th. The Australian Team consisting of two boys and two girls, will be accompanied by coach Victor Eke of Total Tennis in Victoria, and be competing in the Asia/Oceanic zone against Japan, Pakistan, Singapore and India.
International Tennis Clubs around the world will be playing off to find a winner of their various zones – North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Asia/Oceania. The winners of all the zones in the week long competition will play off in the world finals which will be hosted by the International Tennis Club of Great Britain. The final will be played at Wimbledon from the 28th of July to 2nd August, 2014.
