You would expect the standard of play during one of the most important Junior tournaments in the WA calendar to be high; and the players certainly did not disappoint!
To be successful the players had to deal with a few curveballs including rain, change in schedule and long hard-fought matches continuing until after dark. Concluding a successful week of great tennis, the winners were presented with the trophies giving them the honourable title of the WA Open Junior Champions.
Tennis West would like to acknowledge the finalists and winners, as well as their coaches. Well done to everyone who competed.
