Affiliates are reminded that the My Tennis membership management system is available free of charge to all clubs that are affiliated with Tennis West. My Tennis is a complete membership tool which club administrators can use to quickly and easily manage club memberships, generate membership reports and communicate with members.

Club Benefits
My Tennis has been designed to make life easier for club administrators, here’s how:

• Easy access, simple to use and free to all affiliated tennis clubs within Australia. No software needs to be downloaded – My Tennis can be accessed online from any computer at any time.
• Players can renew their membership online, which means less time spent on administration for club committee members.
• No set-up or licensing costs – this system is a benefit of affiliation with Tennis West.
• Pay and play today: you can activate real-time credit card transactions, which means that memberships can be processed immediately, allowing your members to get on the court sooner. Also, clubs can still offer members the flexibility to pay by cash, cheque or EFT if required.
• Increased communication options to members including SMS and email.
• My Tennis records all transaction and member details, allowing you to produce detailed summary reports. Club administrators can quickly and simply generate transaction reports and player membership reports.
• Ongoing training and support in the form of a national helpdesk.

Player Benefits
My Tennis also offers a range of great benefits to club members, including:

• Become a member at a new club.
• Renew your existing membership online.
• Access your profile and update your details.
• Access tennis services, such as competitions and tournaments, and other benefits.
• Pay fees by credit card online in a real time and secure environment, instantly activating their tennis membership (if your club provides this benefit).

Individual training is available to clubs that are interested in adopting My Tennis.
