Applications are now closed for the 2013/14 National Court Rebate Scheme. Tennis Australia has contacted all Members Associations with the following update regarding the scheme.

‘Due to overwhelming demand for the National Court Rebate Scheme in the 2013/14 financial year, the finite funds for this period have now been exhausted. No further funding commitments will be made from the scheme until July 2014. The quality and volume of applications has been extremely high.

We recognise that there are many other worthy projects taking place around the country and wish our clubs, centres and Councils all the best in the completion of their projects. We will continue to support projects through planning, design, technical, funding application support wherever possible and plan to recommence the National Court Rebate Scheme in the 2014/15 financial year. Any applications received between now and this time will be required to reapply under the terms and conditions of the 2014/15 scheme.’

Tennis Australia will accept applications for the 2014/15 National Court Rebate Scheme from 1st July 2014, however clubs that wish to apply for funding are encouraged to contact Tennis West prior to this date to register their interest. Expression of Interest forms can be obtained by contacting Community Tennis Places to Play Officer, Alex Geraghty, at [email protected] or on 6462 8311.
