contributed to strengthening our shared vision of “Growing Great Clubs”:
Places To Play
- Provided information on the National Court Rebate Scheme to two affiliated tennis clubs
- Provided a letter of support for a South Metropolitan club’s application to the Department of Sport and Recreation’s CSRFF grant
- Discussed the benefits and functions of My Tennis with a committee member from a club in the South West region
Tournaments & Competitions
- Attended a club Presentation Night
- Attended the opening of a tennis club’s new courts
- Attended two club shield presentations
- Presented shields, medallions and MVP’s at TW Awards night
- Donated prizes for ITF National Tennis Seniors tournament
- Supported two clubs to host tournaments
- Club liaison for Davis Cup
- Attended Davis Cup information session for club members
Community Tennis
Conducted ANZ Tennis Hot Shots clinics at Meckering, Cunderdin, Quairading and Beverley primary schools, promoting tennis and the local Tennis West Affiliated Club’s.
