AMP

For over 160 years, AMP has been helping Australians realise their dreams. Now, AMP’s Tomorrow Fund wants to help amazing individuals who are doing great things take their dreams to the next level and create a better tomorrow for everyone.

AMP’s Tomorrow Fund is a new program offering up to $1 million in grants to Tomorrow Makers: passionate individuals of all ages and walks of life who have a dream and are on their way to achieving it. Through this program, AMP aims to support rising Australian talent and achievement across all fields of endeavour – from art to athletics, IT to environmental care, youth work to music and more.

Who can apply?
Australian citizens and permanent residents of all ages and abilities can apply to be Tomorrow Makers. We’re looking for people with great ideas who need some financial help to make it happen.

They may be a screenwriter who wants to tell a compelling story or a scientist in search of funding for an environmental solution. A Tomorrow Maker could also be a tech expert who is developing a travel app for people with mobility issues, a musician planning to open a rock school, a community worker with a smart social enterprise in mind or a sporty type helping older Australians stay active.

There are no categories, no pigeonholes, no limits to potential.

What can the grants be used for?
Grants ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 will be awarded for a wide range of activities, including training, travel costs, research, living expenses or small business funding. The number and size of the grants will be led by the scope of the applications we receive.

Please note, AMP’s Tomorrow Fund grants are for individuals only, so organisations cannot apply.

Choosing our Tomorrow Makers
A panel of judges from the AMP family will assess the applications and the finalists may be invited for an interview in Sydney in October 2014. AMP’s Tomorrow Fund recipients will be announced at a national awards dinner in Sydney on 20 November 2014.
