Tennis clubs Australia-wide are invited to take part in the Ultimate Club Challenge. Each state and territory have the chance to win tennis goods or services to the value of $5000 for their club. Out of the eight State and Territory winners, the best overall entry will be selected by our judging panel as the National Winner and receive a 2015 Australian Open Experience for eight of their volunteers to the value of $15,000 including return flights and accommodation.
Your mission is to run a Club Tennis Day and make it the best in the land! Open your doors and invite the local community to come and enjoy tennis in a relaxed, fun and social atmosphere. As part of your Club Tennis Day you may choose to run ANZ Tennis Hot Shots, Cardio tennis and coaching sessions as well as fun games, giveaways and a delicious BBQ. The more creative you are with your event, the more chance you have of winning.
Register before 30 November 2014 and your club will receive a merchandise pack complete with giveaways and promotional items to enhance the day. Your pack will be sent within two weeks of registration. To be in the running for prizes tell us how your day went and how you addressed the criteria for success.
Every Club who registers for the Challenge will receive 50,000 Australian Open Tennis Blitz points for their town. The Australian Open Tennis Blitz rewards the top 256 tennis towns in Australia with a player who will represent them at Australian Open 2015.
