- Answered various queries relating to the new affiliation model and My Tennis
- Provided contractor details to a rural tennis club
- Provided information on insurance to a new affiliate
- Four new country clubs approved for affiliation with Tennis West – Brunswick TC, Napier TC, South Coast TC and Holt Rock TC.
