Thanks for your patience as we work through the challenges of rolling out a new system.  We understand that a number of your players cannot see their matches in their Dashboard in Match Centre.  Due to the lack of data in the previous system, we were unable to automatically and accurately link all player profiles with their respective Tennis account.

 

We have developed a process that allows a player to find themselves in a team, and send this through as a request to link their accounts, allowing them to see their matches on their Dashboard. Can you please send this information out to all of your players to ensure that they lodge their request to be linked, so that we can get their matches displaying in their Dashboard as soon as possible. Players will then receive email confirmation once their accounts have been linked and they will then be able to view their matches and enter match results direct from their Dashboard.
