Tennis Australia receives a small allocation of tickets for the French Open and Wimbledon.
To ensure there is a fair and equitable distribution of these tickets, a ballot is conducted each year by Tennis Australia to allocate these tickets. As applications for tickets far exceeds supply there is no guarantee that applicants will receive tickets however every endeavour will be made to make an allotment to as many people as possible. This is a special service provided to Australian Open Members, Coach and Officials Membership of Tennis Australia and Club Members of a State/Territory Association/Registered Players.
To be eligible for the ballot you must be a current Member of one of the following:
- Australian Open Member
- Fed Cup Members
- Club Member of a State/Territory Association/Registered Players (who are currently registered on My Tennis)
- Coach and Officials Membership with ticketing upgrade.
In order to be eligible for the ballot, club members MUST be currently (2015/2016) registered in My Tennis.
Members must be registered no later than close of business Tuesday 15th March 2016.
No late registrations will be accepted.
Members must be registered directly to their club.
Clubs should ensure all members who wish to enter the ballots have a current My Tennis registration, and should contact their Participation Leader (Ardi, Brett or Paul) if assistance is required.
The ballots will operate from 12pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 23rd March until close of business Friday 31st March 2016. An invitation email will be sent directly to all Australian Open Members, TA Coach Members, and Club Members (who are registered in My Tennis no later than COB 15 March 2016) prior to Wednesday 23rd March with details on how to access the ballot.
The dates for the French Open 2016 are from Sunday 22nd May through to Sunday 5thJune.
The dates for Wimbledon 2016 are from Monday 27th June through to Sunday 10th July.
