These applications will be reviewed by the Competitions Committee before approval and announcement.

The Competitions Committee will assess the merit of applications in accordance with criteria including team strength and the capacity to ensure the standards and ethics befitting a professional league, embracing club support, sponsorship, financial competence, venue suitability and personnel resourcing.
