Tennis West have recently seen success at some prominent clubs in relation to facility development and improved management and club offerings, that consequently provide the best possible playing facilities to club members and community users.
These clubs have worked in an orderly and diligent manner through the necessary project initiation, business planning, stakeholder engagement, funding application and project delivery phases. They were also active in their pursuit of support from a range of funding sources. Ingenuity and diligence have clearly been key factors to this project.
Central to the clubs success has been the project development pathway that has underpinned the venture, in order to achieve this the clubs have:
- Utilized strategic plans of all stakeholder, these being, Tennis West and their local council
- Engaged positively with funding providers
- Utilized available expertise (Tennis West)
- Been committed to the development of a sustainable venue
- Ensured ongoing engagement with their local government and Tennis West.
Tennis West can support your club from start to finish with our dedicated Places to Play team.
