Notice is hereby given for the 116th Annual General Meeting of the Western Australian Tennis Association (Inc) trading as “Tennis West” to be held on Thursday 31st October commencing at 6.30pm at Bayswater Tennis Club (Murray st, Bayswater)

Information regarding the Director position elections have been sent to all Tennis West Presidents & Secretaries.
Please note that for the purpose of attending and voting at General Meetings, the President or Secretary of an affiliated body is authorised to be the Delegate.
In the event that the Affiliated Body’s delegate is unable to attend the AGM, a proxy may be appointed. To download the Proxy Form, click here.

We will be providing live streaming of the AGM, details of how to login will be provided in due course.
Following the AGM, at 7.15pm Tennis West will also be showcasing an Open Court Session, so we encourage you to stay on and participate on court in this brand new, social initiative. An invitation is attached to this email and this showcase is open to all club committee members and coaches, so please forward the invitation on to anyone you think may be interested in attending.
