Notice is hereby given for the 119th Annual General Meeting of the Western Australian Tennis Association (Inc) trading as “Tennis West” to be held on Tuesday 8 November commencing at 7:00pm at Robertson Park Tennis Centre (176 Fitzgerald Street, Perth)

Please note the following important information:

Venue and car parking

The AGM will this year be held at Robertson Park Tennis Centre, located at 176 Fitzgerald Street, Perth at 6:30pm for networking, with the AGM commencing at 7:00pm. There is car parking at the venue, however in addition to this there is adequate parking at the WA Italian House across the road. Please see map:

Annual General Meeting RSVP

You MUST register to attend, whether online or in person. Please confirm your attendance via this link. Please note that up to three members may attend per club, but only one delegate – either the President or Secretary – per club is eligible to vote.

Delegates will be in the running for a door prize for both in-person and virtual attendance.

Should you wish to send another representative from your club committee to the AGM to act as the club delegate, please also have them use the above RSVP link. An Alternate Delegate Form must be filled out and provided to Tennis West in advance. This form needs to be signed by the President or Secretary and the alternate delegate MUST be a current member of the Club’s Committee.

Elections and Voting for Tennis West Board

Nominations have now closed for the Tennis West Board elected director positions. Information about candidates and the voting process will be sent prior to voting opening on Monday 24 October. The GoVote platform will again be used for online voting in the two weeks leading up to the AGM.  There will be no voting taking place in person at the AGM. The announcement of successful Board Directors will occur at the AGM.
