Two seniors’ tennis events took place at Royal Kings Park Tennis Club over four days from the 15 – 18th December.
The ITF Masters MT 200-Perth had 96 entries and consisted of singles, doubles and mixed doubles for both men and women. Some singles age group events were amalgamated to ensure all players could participate. There was some great tennis played by all competitors with one Men’s over 75 Singles Semi Final match going for nearly two hours.
The State Seniors event was a similar success with 102 entries over Men’s and Women’s singles, doubles and mixed doubles competitions.
The events were much enjoyed by all, and players got to enjoy the facilities of the Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. Special mention to Brad and the ground staff at Royal Kings Park Tennis Club, keeping the courts in immaculate condition.
