All divisions of the 2024/25 Summer League wrapped up this week with the final division finishing on Thursday.

Over 7,500 players participated in Summer Tennis Leagues across all ages this summer, an increase of 700 from last summer season in 150 divisions, up from 148 last season. It was also the highest number of players playing in summer leagues since the 2019/20 summer league season.

It was also the most males we had play summer leagues since 2016/17 and most females since 2020/21.

Blue Gum Park were the most successful club, winning 11 titles while Higgins Park were not far behind with 10 titles followed by Hensman Park (eight titles), UWA (seven titles) and Applecross, Bayswater, Peppermint Grove and Sorrento (six titles).

Blue Gum Park continued their dominance from last season in the junior leagues. Seven of their 11 titles were from junior teams.

Hensman Park was also successful this summer, winning eight titles headlined by their second straight State League title.

Peppermint Grove finished the summer season with six division titles including the Men’s State League title, the first in the club’s history.
